Recently, the company signed a technical cooperation agreement with Professor Tu Pengfei, doctoral supervisor of the School of Pharmacy of Peking University. This cooperation will rely on the scientific research platform and scientific research team of the State Key Laboratory of Natural Medicines of Peking University. Through the research on the company's flagship product "Shuganning Injection Quality Standard Improvement Control" project, it will provide scientific evidence for the product safety re-evaluation work, and explore the innovative mode of cooperation between universities and enterprises in the field of tracking "total quality control" from the source to the production of all links to the final product.

As a mainstream drug for the clinical treatment of acute and chronic viral hepatitis, Shuganning injection has entered the 2017 edition of the National basic Medical Insurance, Industrial injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance Drug catalogue, reflecting the continuous recognition of this variety by the market. In recent years, the company has successively cooperated with China Pharmaceutical University, the Drug Inspection Institute of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, Guizhou Medical University and other scientific research institutions to carry out a large number of experimental studies on the technical problems that restrict the development of the industry, such as the complex sources of raw materials and medicinal materials for traditional Chinese medicine injections and the lack of clear effective components, A technical platform for safety inspection and pharmacokinetic study of traditional Chinese medicine injections has been set up, and post-marketing re-evaluation research on drug safety and effectiveness and quality standard improvement and control work have been actively carried out.

Professor Tu Pengfei, the general director of this project, has a leading domestic level in the research of active ingredients and new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine, and the quality analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. He has carried out systematic quality standards for medicinal plants such as Cistanche, Polygala and other medicinal plants and five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections such as Astragalus injection, including fingerprint detection standards, and established an effective quality control method. He has published more than 100 SCI papers and won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and other awards.

The purpose of this project is to rely on the technical advantages of Peking University in the scientific research of natural drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections, using LC-MSⁿThe technology identifies the four-flavor extracts and the fingerprint chromatogram peaks of the finished product, and clarifies the active chemical substance basis for Shuganning injection to exert its clinical efficacy; determines monosaccharides, disaccharides, free amino acids and total amino acids, and uses plasma mass spectrometry to detect trace elements, in order to build a scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system for Shuganning injection, for the next step of Shuganning injection pharmacological mechanism research and clinical evidence-based medicine, real-world research and other safety re-evaluation work to provide a practical guarantee.
