Chen Yuyou has served as the Board Secretary and a member of the Board of the Company since joining the Company in 2018.
Prior to joining Ruihe, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Guiyang Xintian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange). He has profound experience in IPO.
Chen Yuyou obtained a bachelor's degree from China Jiliang University and a master's degree from Université du Québec.
