Yao Guangzhe has served as the Director of Administration of the Company since April 2023.
Yao Guangzhe joined Ruihe in 2004 and successively served as the Office Manager of Longshan Plant Site and Manager of the Administrative Department. He is responsible for all pre-development affairs of the Company's projects under construction. He has led multiple applications for special fund projects and platform construction projects, all of which have been approved. He also led the investment negotiation of the construction projects, the Ruihe headquarters project and the Ruihe Health Industrial Park project.
Yao Guangzhe graduated from Guizhou University with a bachelor's degree in law in 2002 and holds the cetificate of Senior Economist.
