Yang Yuanxue has served as the Director of Finance of the Company since June 2022. He is also the financial expert registered in the Department of Science and Technology of Guizhou Province.
Prior to joining Ruihe, Yang Yuanxue had been a Senior Manager of BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs (立信会计师事务所) for 8 years. He has extensive experience in IPO projects.
Yang Yuanxue obtained a bachelor's degree in management from Guizhou University in 2008. He holds the senior accountant certificate, and is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association (CCTAA), and is a Chinese Certified Public Valuer.
