Yang Tiansheng joined Ruihe in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources.
Yang Tiansheng had 8 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources before joining the Company. He had worked for two Fortune 500 companies (Shagang Group (沙钢集团) and Hope Group (希望集团)) and served as the Human Resources Director at Huaxi Hope New Agriculture Group (华西希望新农业集团). In July 2020, he became one of the Group's five member leadership.
Yang Tiansheng holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He possesses certifications including National Level 1 HR Professional, Level 1 Labor Relations Coordinator, Certified HR Manager, and Senior Human Resources Management Professional, among other credentials.
