Reading Together, Progressing Together - The First Reading Sharing Event of Ruihe Pharmaceutical

To inspire employees' enthusiasm for reading and help them build a healthy and positive work attitude, Ruihe Group launched the "Read Together, Progress Together" employee reading activity in early September 2024, advocating for everyone to read Mr. Kazuo Inamori's book "The Way of Doing Things" and write down their reflections.

On November 8, 2024, Ruihe Group held a reading sharing event for this book club, where a total of 10 outstanding readers shared their thoughts on "The Way of Doing Things."

After the sharing, based on the scores from the judges, this book club selected 1 first prize winner, 2 second prize winners, and 3 third prize winners, totaling 6 award-winning readers. The company prepared gifts and commemorative books for each award-winning reader to encourage colleagues to maintain a good habit of reading.

There is no path in life that is walked in vain, nor is there a book that is read in vain. Although the first reading sharing event of Ruihe Pharmaceutical has come to a close, Ruihe will continue to create a learning atmosphere for employees, providing more opportunities for everyone to learn and communicate together.
