In order to standardize the academic promotion behavior in the market and promote the healthy and orderly development of the company's pharmaceutical industry, we are publicly recruiting product market management service providers nationwide. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

 

1. Service Content

 

Provide professional market management services for the agreed target products in the agreed target areas, responsible for product promotion work within the market scope.

 

Both parties must cooperate based on the compliance requirements stipulated by national laws and regulations. The service provider acknowledges and commits to comply with the code of conduct required by our company for cooperative service providers.

 

Selected service providers must sign1a service period of one year or more, effective from the date of signing the "Compliance Commitment Letter" and "Market Management Service Agreement." After the agreement expires, both parties can prioritize renewal if satisfied; if renewal cannot be achieved, a new public recruitment for service providers will be conducted.

 

 

2. Registration Qualification Requirements

 

1Service providers must be professional modern service institutions established in accordance with national regulations, possessing the capability and corresponding qualifications for market management services.

 

2Individual industrial and commercial households with registered capital of10more than 100,000 yuan, with more than1employees; small-scale limited liability companies with registered capital of50more than 100,000 yuan, with more than3more than 100,000 yuan (based on social security payment).

 

3Provide a feasible plan for market management services.

 

3. Selection and Recruitment Procedure

 

This public recruitment of service providers includes four stages: registration and qualification review, company evaluation, determination of service providers, and hiring of service providers.

 

1Registration and qualification review: This public recruitment of service providers adopts both online and on-site registration methods, reviewing the materials provided by the registered service providers and confirming their eligibility.

 

   2Company evaluation: Preliminary review by the company's operation management department, with a re-examination by the company's general office.

 

   3Determination of service providers: Based on the qualification materials provided by the service providers and the results of communication, select the best market service providers.

 

4Hiring service providers: Sign the "Compliance Commitment Letter" and "Market Management Service Agreement" with the service providers to determine the scope of cooperation.

 

4. Registration Method
