The most beautiful April day in the world, spring flowers show a new face. In order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, enrich the life of employees, relieve work pressure, improve work efficiency, enhance team cohesion, and appreciate the hard work of employees, Ruihe Group launched a three-day "Swiss Run, and Want to Strive for Peak" staff theme group building activity from April 13 to April 15 in Xingyi, Guizhou, where "there are so many mountains in the world, only here is the peak into forest", pressing the pause button for busy work.

PART/01 Run Bar Ruihe People Theme Team Building

Through interactive and game projects designed by professional coaches, employees have successfully enhanced their cooperation and understanding with each other and established close team relationships. Each team gave full play to their strengths and creativity, fully demonstrated the team spirit and innovation ability of Ruihe Group employees.

PART/02 Starlight Night Dance, Gathering Together

The flame beats the spark of hope, and it complements a few folk cultures. On the night of the starlight night dance, the employees, accompanied by food and wine, appreciate and interpret the minority culture, and spend a fun and warm night together. This not only strengthens the friendship and team cohesion between employees, but also leaves precious memories.

With the neat slogan of "Swiss run, and strive for peaks", the 2024 theme group building activities of Ruihe Group ended perfectly in laughter. While enjoying the magnificent natural scenery, we can stimulate the potential of the team through the theme group building, a few folk performances, and the sharing of delicious food and beautiful scenery, so that all members can understand that teamwork is the prerequisite, execution is the only way, and win-win is the ultimate pursuit.
